For today’s prompt, write a luck poem. Good luck, bad luck. If you’re lucky, you’ve already got the beginnings of a poem rolling around in your head. And if you’re not lucky, make your own luck and write one anyway.

for some people
there’s no luck
in waking up
each morning
it’s just a thing
that happens
to everyone
all the time
for some people
every morning
is a lucky day
to still exist
it’s just a thing
that almost
did not keep
happening
for some people
it’s just lucky
to live & love
for some people
