2024 April PAD Challenge: Day 5
For today’s prompt, take the phrase “Tell (blank),” replace the blank with a new word or phrase, make the new phrase the title of your poem, and then, write your poem. Possible titles might include: “Tell It Like It Is,” “Tell Me Something Good,” “Tell the World What You’re Thinking,” and/or “Tell It Slant.”
Remember: These prompts are springboards to creativity. Use them to expand your possibilities, not limit them.

Here’s my attempt at a Tell Blank Poem:
“Tell Me Later”
At this moment
as the light fades
on the western horizon
I have found all language
bounds to fall short
of what my heart
wishes to convey.
